MY STORY

Hi

   My name Jarrad Felicien and I am the owner of JarradFelicienCakes.

​Owning My Cake Business was a longtime gold of mind dating back from growing up in  Barbados where I was born an raised by my grandmother who was also a baker.  I was always fascinated by my grandmothers pastries and her other baked goods that every chance I got I would pull up a seat in the kitchen and watch her as she baked.

I then attended the Lincoln Culinary Institute where I graduated with a diploma in International Baking & Pastry. With an education I my hand and life long dreams I will now like to welcome you to Jarradfeliciencakes where I work on creating  special moments with big bold flavors.
